Lodging

Lodging is available at local hotels and motels. Reservations are suggested and must be made by participants on their own. Please refer to our website for a list of nearby accommodations and price ranges or go to coloradohotels.com

Lunch Meals

Healthy and wholesome lunches will be catered by The Academy kitchen staff. Lunches MUST be prepaid and reserved by filling out the registration form with choice of regular or vegetarian entrée, and child or adult meal. You may bring your own lunches and enjoy them in the cafeteria or outdoors in the grassy areas around the school. There are numerous fast food restaurants within 5 miles of the campus as well.

Pre-ordered lunches are available Monday - Friday. Lunches must pre-paid and reserved by filling out your choices on the registration form. You may bring your own lunches to eat in the cafeteria or outdoors. Numerous fast food restaurants are within 5 miles of the campus.

Child Lunch: $35/week
Adult Lunch: $40/week

Monday
Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwich or Veggie Burger
with Potato Salad, Fresh Fruit, Brownie

Tuesday
Baked Mac-N-Cheese
with Salad, Fresh Fruit, Cookie

Wednesday
Baked Ziti Cheese or Beef
with Bread Sticks, Salad, Ice Cream Dessert

Thursday
Chicken or Veggie wrap
with Frozen Grapes, Veggies Sticks, Cupcake

Friday
Taco or Bean/Cheese Burrito
with Spanish Rice, Beans, Sopapilla

Each Meal comes with bottled water or milk.

 

T-shirts

Institute t-shirts MUST be pre-ordered and pre-paid by June 15, 2011. Indicate number and size on the registration form. Only a limited supply will be available the week of the Institute.

 

Vendors at PPSI

  • Roberston and Sons Violin Shop: Instrument Sales and Repair - America’s premier source for bowed stringed instruments, will be on campus with a large inventory of instruments. They will also be set up for bow re-hairing and instrument repair.
  • Kolancny Music - Dave Kolancny will be on campus for any harp related needs.
